Tableland is an award-winning film that uses mouthwatering imagery to profile the production and benefits of local and seasonal foods. The movie includes enchanting characters, some from the Pacific Northwest, with their “hands in the dirt”; the farmers, chefs and consumers of small-scale, sustainable food.
In addition, there will be an opportunity to learn more about and sign up for the Northwest Earth Institute’s, Menu for the Future discussion groups.
Please bring an appetizer made with local or seasonal ingredients to share along with your favorite beverage and tableware (plate, fork, glass etc.).
