Hi Everyone-

Just in case anyone is interested, the Green Builders Guild of McMinnille is
holding a tour of the Stonehaven Townhomes in McMinnville.  The townhomes
are built on an infill lot near Newby School and are the first to receive
Gold Certification, the second highest, from Earth Advantage.  These homes
feature many green design and construction elements including super energy
efficient ICF construction, heat recovery ventilators for healthy indoor air
quality, solatubes, radiant heat, energy efficient LED lighting, electric
car hook ups, recycled, reclaimed, and low voc materials and much more.  The
tours are at 6 pm on next Thursday, August 28th and will be led by the
builders.  They will be followed by refreshments featuring local foods and
question and answer discussion with the builders.  The tours will begin at 166 SW
Eckman St.
